After a personalized introduction by her mentor Professor Dr. Kräusslich Dr. Susann Kummer received on Thursday, December 1st, the „Anita- und Friedrich-Reutner award for medical research” by the hands of the founders, Anita Reutner and Prof. Dr. Friedrich Reutner. She was decorated with the prize for her research applying highly advanced microscopy techniques to explore Influenza-A Virus replication.
